    I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Kent that exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by the excellent value for money. The room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the basic amenities provided. Secondly, the location of the hotel was convenient for my needs. It was situated close to a railway track, which provided easy transportation options. Additionally, there was a restaurant right across the hotel, making it convenient for dining. Lastly, I found the staff to be incredibly attentive and friendly. They ensured that my room was kept clean, and they even provided me with a room that had a bath, which was a nice touch. my experience was positive and I would definitely consider staying here again.

    In terms of improvements, there was one aspect that could have been better. The hotel could have provided more options for guests who prefer air-conditioning in their rooms.

    We had a great time during our stay at this venue and would definitely come back, especially because it's conveniently located close to Milton Creek Country Park within a 3 km distance.

    Front desk staff very friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Good to have other services nearby E.G. petrol, co-op, mcdonald's etc.

    No mini bar in room. Seating in restaurant not ideal for someone on own (had to sit at a table for four). Lots of flies in breakfast room.

    The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We found our original room not to our liking. We had booked a room with disabled facilities, but on seeing the facilities I found the bed was going to be too low. As soon as we mentioned this to the young gentleman on reception he took us to see another room and changed our booking without any fuss. The breakfast is excellent value for money. On checking in, staff pointed out meal deals available at the restaurant. This encouraged us to stay on site for the evening to eat there, rather than having to drive somewhere else. After a long drive down to Kent this was much appreciated.

    We had to keep the windows closed at night as there was a lot of noise from the road and petrol station nearby. A fan was provided but it was not very effective at cooling the room down. I also thought that only providing enough coffee, milk etc for 1 drink each seemed a little mean.

    Free WiFi and comfortable beds were the best aspects of my recent city break accommodation. The hotel was conveniently located near a 24-hour convenience store and fast-food restaurant- perfect for grabbing a late-night snack. I also enjoyed the dark and quiet rooms that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep.

    The cleaning routine could do with an improvement- there was no refill on toilet paper for two days, and the bed was poorly made. the towels were not enough for us;

    we were treated very well by the receptionist when she saw I was disabled she gave us the choice of three rooms with different types of bathrooms.We opted for a room with a wet room this was so successful we are considering having one installed in our house.

    nowhere to dry towels,room was not servicedon second day

    Reception staff were very friendly and helpful both to myself and to other guest's requests. However, there was miscommunication between staff and did not get the adjacent guest rooms as requested. Room was very well laid out considering we had a cot added in there was still enough space to move around. Very clean bathroom and lots of additional towels if we had needed them. Room decor was pleasant. Breakfast was very generous with good range of options though could have done with staff assistance as both adults were disabled (one using crutches) and we had a 2 year old grandchild and would have appreciated help with getting food/drinks to/from table. Fairly quiet location considering next to petrol station. Liked having the childrens playground.

    Breakfast bar/self service area rather cramped. Had to request high chair for 2 year old - need not observed and offered by staff. Double bed mattress too soft and pillows also too soft. Very suprised not to have courtesy toiletries in bathroom especially as one member of party had forgotten to pack toiletries.

    The Bobbing Apple, a popular Brewers Fayre restaurant, is conveniently located across from the Premier Inn, making dining options easily accessible. Guests can also enjoy good food and a friendly atmosphere in the pub next door. the hotel is right next to a train line, providing easy access for those traveling by rail. the rooms offer comfortable temperature control, allowing guests to adjust the temperature to their liking. the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

    The bathroom lacks heating, which can be uncomfortable when stepping out of the shower.

    My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape. the room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasty and generous breakfast that was included in the price. the location was perfect for exploring the local countryside and we found plenty of nearby restaurants to dine in.

    We did find that the room was a bit stuffy and lacked proper ventilation. the walls were quite thin and we could hear some noise from the adjacent rooms.

    The room met our needs perfectly giving a quiet and comfortable stay

    Feel where a Premier Inn has a restaurant that is not part of the hotel but part of another chain the overall service and standards are less than when combined
